Digital Product Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads, once an eBook has been purchased and delivered, we generally cannot offer refunds (similar to other downloadable content). However, we do make exceptions in certain cases:

Exchanges
If you accidentally purchased the wrong eBook, we may be able to exchange it for another of equal or lesser value. Please contact us within 7 days of your order for assistance.
